How quickly will my order be processed and delivered?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Standard shipping across Canada typically takes 2 to 6 business days. For more details, visit our Shipping page.

Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada with free standard shipping on all orders. We also ship to the United States at a flat rate of $10 USD.

What is your return policy?

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All GALE TOTS products come with a one-year limited warranty. If your item arrives damaged or develops a quality issue within that period, contact us, and we will send a replacement.

Are your products safe? What are the age recommendations?

All GALE TOTS products are third-party tested and meet safety requirements. The magnetic letter and number sets are recommended for ages 3 and up with adult supervision. Math symbols are recommended for ages 6 and up.
