REFUND POLICY
Every GALE TOTS product is made to last, and we stand behind the quality of what we put into homes. If something is not right, we want to make it right.
One-Year Warranty
All GALE TOTS products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or develops a quality issue within that period, contact us, and we will send a replacement. We may ask for a photo or short video to understand the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a discount code for a free replacement order through our website. Please note that shipping costs apply to replacement orders.
If you purchased through Amazon or another retailer, send your proof of purchase to hello@galetots.com, and we will register your warranty from there.
Refunds
Our warranty is designed around replacements, and that is what we offer in most cases. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in situations where a replacement is not a suitable solution, such as when an item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent, and we cannot fulfill a replacement promptly. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method.
